Founded by a ministry leader who ran the back office
For nearly two decades, Adam Gosnell has partnered with pastors and ministry leaders across the US, carrying the operational work so they can lead. He founded JethroXP to offer that partnership to ministries that can't hire an executive pastor of their own. He lives in Greater Austin, Texas, with his wife, Rebecca, and their children, and is an avid indoorsman.
JethroXP is a Texas nonprofit serving churches and ministries across denominations. Our statement of faith is the Nicene Creed.

Every partnership is priced from its real scope. A small church and a church-planting network need very different amounts of help, so there is no one rate card.
You'll see the scope and the fee in a written proposal before any work starts, and we hold that price while your board decides.

Can you work with us remotely?
Yes. Our work is remote, so we can serve ministries anywhere in the country.
Do we have to switch software?
Almost never. We work in QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, and the church management tools you already use.
Is there a long contract?
Every partnership starts with a 60-day trial. After that, agreements run year to year with 60 days' notice to end.
Who will we work with?
A small, named team. You'll always know who is doing your work and how to reach them.
